- How to handle (and leverage) conflict
How to navigate people and teams through conflict- Understanding Your own style regarding conflict
This workshop can also be delivered to teams that are in a conflict situation, even those that do not see the opportunity. While we cannot determine the length of this workshop without additional information, we are glad to use the same principle described above to transform conflict to opportunities for teams and team members.
