Team Building Basics- Keys for Teams

BWCG’s Keys for Teams is a two day hour work shop for teams that provides an understanding of the dynamics of trust, the basics of communication and the conditions that facilitate increased accountability. Each team has its own unique needs, interests and members--therefore each team building session is different and the insights, learning, lessons, and outcomes will vary with each group. BWCG Facilitators use an experience based approach, which ensures that a lot of the learning will evolve from the "hands-on" conversations and exercises of the participants.

Workshop Overview:
  • Apply individual results from the FIRO-B or Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
  • Explore ways to build team motivation and commitment
  • Gain personal insight about how each individuals actions and behaviors either add to or detract from teamwork and team building
  • Improve problem solving and collaboration
  • Address issues that are key to the success of the team and the organization

Keys for Teams can also include one-on-one coaching for each team member to encourage personal accountability and contribution to the team (coordination independent of workshop)
